Who can apply for a JKHB scheme?+

Any Indian citizen with a valid J&K Domicile Certificate aged 18 or above. EWS schemes have additional income criteria.

What documents do I need?+

Aadhaar Card, Domicile Certificate, Income Proof (for EWS) and a recent passport-size photograph.

How is the lucky draw conducted?+

When applications exceed available units, a computerized randomizer picks winners. Each draw is signed with a tamper-proof timestamp and is publicly auditable.
